Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and data-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our outbound sales pipeline.

As a BDR at spaciv, you’ll identify and engage with strategic leads—primarily within Real Estate teams at large enterprises—and lay the groundwork for long-term customer relationships.

You’ll use modern tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lemlist to run structured outreach campaigns, test messaging, optimise cadences, and either book discovery calls or hand over qualified leads to our Account Executives.

Your Tasks

  • Research and identify high-potential leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Craft and execute personalised outbound cadences via Lemlist and LinkedIn
  • Test and refine messaging to improve engagement
  • Engage decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify leads and either run discovery calls or pass them to AEs
  • Keep CRM records up to date and detailed
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and targeting
  • Track KPIs and continuously optimise performance
  • Attend relevant industry events to generate high-value leads

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communicator with a structured, analytical mindset
  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2Bsales, ideally SaaS or Proptech
  • Proficient in tools such as LinkedInSales Navigator, Lemlist, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Bonus: Familiarity with workplace strategy, enterprise sales cycles, or commercial real estate
